Long before the final exams and commencement photos, Candice Shaw had set her sights on a graduation trip to Thailand. In Thailand, she was by herself, surrounded by vibrant markets and colors that danced in the sunlight, and she was looking to fund her trip. This led to her crafting 400 delicate floral headbands, each petal and ribbon a step closer to a vision: to craft a life from the very things she could make with her hands.
“I always had these fun little adventures,” said Shaw. “I ended up being able to fund my whole trip. But I always had a hidden talent and a touch of that entrepreneurial spirit.”
Before her trip to Thailand, Candice Shaw stood beneath a sky of tossed caps and roaring cheers, her college graduation gown catching the California breeze like sails on a new voyage. After years of studying fashion and earning her bachelor’s degree in business in Development, Shaw was ready to chart a new course—one that would take her beyond the familiar coastline of Huntington Beach and across the country to West Palm Beach, Florida.
“I moved here three years ago,” said Shaw. “I’ve always been in the fashion world working with new trends, brands, and that’s sort of what started my charms because I saw these bikini charms trending online and I wanted to make my own and make them better.”

She always had a talent for making jewelry pieces. She made one, then ten, then a hundred. Word spread. Her friends started buying pieces from her, and whether it was for a music festival, a wedding, or for a Sunday stroll, people were buying Shaw’s jewelry.
“So, I started K 𓇼 BO,” said Shaw. “The brand is named after my dogs, my two little babies. But since I saw charms trending and had experience making things, I decided to just do it and go for it.”
Imagine sunlight caught in a charm, made to sparkle with every ocean breeze and sway of your hips in the sand. That’s what the bikini charms from K 𓇼 BO feel like—tiny treasures made for sea-soaked skin and salt-tousled hair. Each piece is a glimmer of coastal magic: golden cowrie shells that glint like polished moonlight, enamel fruit charms in watermelon pinks and lemon-drop yellows.
“We use a lot of chains and shells,” said Shaw. “I even use charms from when I travel like Costa Rica, Mexico, and the most popular ones are the bigger ones because it’s a statement piece.”
The jewelry drapes effortlessly across bikini straps, belly chains, and anklets, adding sparkle to sun-drenched afternoons. A dainty seahorse twinkles as you wade through turquoise waves. A miniature dolphin charm catches the light when you dance barefoot in the sand. They’re not just accessories—they’re flirtations with the sea, souvenirs of a life kissed by endless summer. Whether layered or worn solo, each piece invites you to play, to shimmer, and to carry a little bit of paradise wherever you go.

“I also work with beads,” said Shaw. “Sometimes I work while listening to music and I can get a whole bunch done but they all have their little unique parts making them one-of-a-kind.”
These bikini charms aren’t just accessories—they’re declarations. Glinting in gold, coral pinks, sea-glass blues, and electric citrus hues, each charm catches the light. Worn across bikini straps or swaying on belly chains, these charms aren’t meant to blend in—they’re meant to celebrate you. They make you feel like the main character in a sunlit movie: wild, untamed, and unforgettable. Whether you’re walking the shore or diving into deep waters, these radiant charms remind every woman that she’s not just beautiful—she’s electric.
“All my girlies wear them,” said Shaw. “I haven’t made anything specific for men just yet, but I have a lot of unisex charms like a goldfish on a chain would be a cute little touch for a male.”
Now, these radiant charms are making waves beyond the shoreline—gracing pop-up markets and sun-soaked events all across South Florida. From the buzzing booths of Delray Beach to the Meat Market at Boca Raton, women are discovering these bold little beauties and instantly falling in love.
“I get to connect with so many amazing women,” said Shaw. “It really opened me up to the community as a whole.”
K 𓇼 BO’s vibrant colors and coastal energy stand out under the palms, catching eyes and turning casual glances into compliments and conversations. Whether you’re strolling through a local market or dancing at a rooftop soirée, these charms are quickly becoming the go-to accessories for South Florida’s confident, creative, and effortlessly stylish crowd.
“Someone even saw my Instagram and invited me to The Wellness [Waves] event,” said Shaw. “Which was hosted at a gym. I like being around different people, especially since I work remotely. Mingling, seeing people wear my jewelry, and seeing the jewels on so many people in different styles, different body types, all makes me feel great. If you’re thinking of starting a business, then just do it.”
The magic doesn’t stop there, Shaw is now working on launching a website—an online oasis where charm lovers everywhere can shop, style, and shine. Among the newest ideas? A versatile chain necklace that can be worn two ways: draped around the neck or clipped onto a bikini as a bold, sun-kissed accent. It’s wearable art that moves with you—from shoreline swims to sunset cocktails—with the same empowering, radiant energy in every link.
“From making crafts with my hands to all this has been super rewarding,” said Shaw. “I’m glad I get to do this and help women shine a little bit more.”
