Carline Cadet Francois carries herself with the calm confidence of someone who’s seen life from both sides of the siren. For nearly a decade, Carline Cadet Francois served with strength and heart as a Deputy for the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. She was the steady hand in moments of crisis, the one who ran toward emergencies while leaving her own family waiting at home. A devoted mother of three, she knew the weight of every choice and how one decision could alter a life forever. The flashing lights and long nights taught her discipline and resilience, but they also made her wonder if there was a way to serve others without sacrificing so much of herself.
That question led her to real estate investing, where her sharp instincts and dedication found a new purpose. Trading in her badge for business cards, she discovered a career that still demanded quick thinking and trust, but also offered freedom, balance, and the chance to build lasting security for her family. Today, she continues to protect and uplift her community, but this time, through Assisted Living & Caregivers.
“I was supposed to be mom,” said Cadet Francois. “But instead, I’m packing my suitcase and leaving, that’s what drove me to retire early, and at 36 at the time, it was my husband who told me I’d do well in senior care.”
Carline Cadet Francois has always carried a heart of service. One that beats strongest for the elderly. She spent years protecting her community, but it was her grandmother who first taught her compassion’s true meaning. Even during routine trips to Sam’s Club, Carline Cadet Francois would instinctively pause to lend a hand to seniors. Offering smiles and sharing moments of warmth that spoke louder than any badge.

“I’ve always had a soft spot for the seniors and the kids,” said Cadet Francois. “But sometimes we don’t pay attention to ourselves, but my husband noticed it. I turned one of our own properties into an assisted living and learned from the ground up.”
Seeing her natural care and patience, her husband encouraged her to follow that calling full-time, guiding her from law enforcement to the world of Assisted Living and Caregiving. Today, she brings the same discipline, empathy, and dedication from her days in uniform to a new kind of service — one defined not by authority, but by heart.
When Carline Cadet Francois isn’t doing her hobbies like dancing or going to the beach, or reading a book, she’s a dynamic force in Florida’s assisted-living world with bold vision, hands-on grit, and a passion for purpose-driven business. As the founder of Florida Assisted Living Consulting (FALC), she has become a trusted compass for anyone, like aspiring owners, active operators, and caregivers who want to make a meaningful impact in the assisted-living space.
“I didn’t know this industry was so tight-lipped when I first got into it,” she said. “It was a scarcity to share this profession, but I came up with solutions like writing a book on this industry, or doing a course on video, and hosting get-togethers at restaurants. That way, I offer something different.
FALC stands as a central hub for those ready to launch, scale, or refine their assisted-living facilities in Florida: from licensing and compliance to operations, marketing, and long-term strategy. With hundreds of professionals empowered through her coaching, training, and consulting programs, Carline has turned hard-earned insights into a blueprint for success.
“It eventually got around what I was doing, and before you know it, I was able to grow so quickly,” said Cadet Francois. “I wanted caregiving and assisted living to be more, and I stepped in and listened to the people.”

At FALC, the mission is crystal clear: empower you to overcome your doubts, step into leadership, and build a senior-care business that matters. A business rooted in quality, built on strategy, and thriving on impact.
Whether you’re just starting to think “Assisted Living ALF,” already own a facility and want to scale, or you’re a caregiver ready to level up — FALC is your launching pad. With her guidance, you’ll navigate regulatory complexities, sharpen your marketing, streamline daily operations, and elevate the experience you deliver.
Your “why” is her starting point. Together, she’ll help transform ambition into action and action into meaningful success.
“My why actually goes back to when my husband realized something in me,” she said. “The why was wanting to help and a starting point that led to a conference.”
When Carline Cadet Francois decided to host and organize ALFCaregiverCon, the Florida Assisted Living & Caregivers Conference, her first caregiving conference, she imagined a meaningful gathering of maybe 250 guests, a few panels, and a chance to share resources for families and caregivers. What she got instead was a sold-out sensation. Word spread fast about the event’s mission, empowering and educating those who care for our elders, and tickets flew faster than expected.
“I want them to walk away with resources,” she said. “Walking away with knowledge and how people can help them. Walking away with a friend or two, and the networking aspect is where it really makes a huge difference.

The event buzzed with energy as attendees filled every seat, notebooks in hand and hearts open. By the end, the atmosphere felt less like a conference and more like a movement. Guests left inspired, armed with valuable resources, new connections, and a deeper understanding of what compassionate care truly means. For Cadet Francois, it was proof that her purpose had outgrown any single room and that her passion for serving others continues to ripple far beyond her own story.
“Some people even left away with business partners,” said Cadet Francois. “Assisted living buildings were purchased through real estate agents who understood the process, all because they met someone through the event.”
What made the experience even more powerful was what came next. Cadet Francois created a private community for attendees, Thriving Circle Community, where caregivers and professionals could continue exchanging advice, sharing opportunities, and uplifting one another long after the last panel ended. She also provided guidance and a plan of action with members. For her, it was never just an event, but it was the beginning of a network built on heart, hope, and helping hands.
As if that weren’t enough, her voice found its way into the pages of Powerful Female Immigrants: Who Inspire Greatness. This book is a best-seller celebrating women who carve new paths—tying her law-enforcement past and caregiving present into a story of service, resilience and community transformation.
“I also plan on doing another conference,” said Cadet Francois. “Another two-day conference on January 23 and 24, 2026, and throughout the year, we have different educational programs, like courses and masterminds. But whether from this, my family, or my time with Broward’s sheriff’s office, I realize it’s all about just helping as many people as you can.”
