Unexpectedly Kosher, Unapologetically French: Chef Olivia Ostrow Debuts Maison Ostrow

A French-Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar Redefining Kosher Dining in Miami

Kosher, but make it couture. Olivia Ostrow, the Paris-born chef, restaurateur, and unapologetic culinary personality who set a new standard for kosher dining in Miami with Ostrow Brasserie, is leveling up with the launch of Maison Ostrow (certified kosher by the ORB) on August 17, 2025, in North Bay Village, 1666 79th Street Causeway, Suite 102.

This sun-drenched French-Mediterranean kitchen and bar blends Parisian elegance with Riviera soul and Olivia’s signature flair for bold flavors and “crazy, conversation-starting” art. Every detail, from the show-stopping menu to the vibrant interiors, reflects Olivia’s vision to create a culinary destination with global ambitions.

“Maison Ostrow is bigger, bolder, and designed to transport you,” says Ostrow. “It’s where France, Italy, Spain, and Greece collide in the most beautiful way, filtered through my Parisian lens. We’re redefining what kosher dining can be, and making it sexy.”

The 3,500-square-foot restaurant seats 145 guests with indoor dining, a full bar, Chef’s Table, and private dining room. A 40-seat terrace offers glimpses of Biscayne Bay, perfect for long brunches and spritzes at sunset. The interiors, layered with soft stone, deep greens, gold accents, and Olivia’s personal art collection, are as eclectic and dynamic as the chef herself.
The menu celebrates Olivia’s French-Jewish roots and Mediterranean influences with dishes like Ora King Salmon Carpaccio with Citrus and Truffle, Tuna Tartare on Brioche with Quail Egg and Caviar, Dry-Aged Steaks, Whole Grilled Fish Platters, Homemade Pastas, Cod Beignets, and her decadent Bread and Butter service, calling it a “love letter to the
Mediterranean.”

Maison Ostrow will also debut:
● A rotating Chef’s Tasting Menu (five to seven courses with seasonal pairings)

● Maison Ostrow Catering, offering kosher full-service catering for private events and galas

● An Épicerie featuring house-made vegan butters, sauces, and rillettes

The bar is a destination in its own right, featuring French-Mediterranean cocktails created in collaboration with a top mixologist. Expect house infusions, elevated spritzes, and inventive non-alcoholic options like a lavender Negroni or saffron gin and tonic. A curated wine list leans French and Mediterranean, with natural and organic selections.

Joining Olivia in the kitchen is Chef Christophe Bibard, a celebrated French chef and finalist on the European edition of Top Chef in 2011. With over two decades of experience in classical French cuisine, Chef Christophe brings his artistry and innovation to Maison Ostrow as Chef de Cuisine. He previously worked alongside Olivia at Ostrow Brasserie and now reunites with her to bring their shared vision to life.
