Before they ever sold a home, Rin Swan Belvedere and Justin Brooks were already building something meaningful. They were building joy, connection, and community.
Justin Brooks, a South Florida native raised with a deep sense of service, turned that mindset into purpose-driven real estate. His popular “Baked with Brooksy” bake sales have raised over $16,000 for local children’s causes, transforming simple treats into moments that bring families together.
Rin Swan Belvedere, a former preschool teacher with a lifelong love for kids and advocacy, found a natural partner in Brooks. Together, their shared passion became the foundation of The Brooksy Group.
“We’ve raised thousands selling treats,” said Brooks. “It brings awareness to the children and our community, and we want to go beyond the bake sale to incorporate more.”
In real estate, they believe a home should come with heart, and that philosophy guides everything they do. For them, it’s never just about listings or closing days. It’s about connection, kindness, and creating moments that matter. That belief sparked their now-beloved bake sales, which blend giving back with genuine fun.

“We’re going on three years doing these baked sales,” said Brooks. “We have a lot of great supporters.”
With support from local favorites like Patio Bar & Pizza, The Hollywood Donut Factory, Costume World, DJ Sweet Tooth, and food truck partners, their events have grown into lively community gatherings benefiting Voices of Children of Broward County. Guests line up early for Rin’s famous chocolate torte, a rich, velvety dessert that’s become legendary at every sale.
“I’m taking elements of my past because it revolved around baking and advocacy,” said Rin Swan Belvedere. “It’s about doing what you love and fighting for what you believe in.”
But for the duo, bake sales are only the beginning. Their vision includes expanded family-friendly experiences. From face painting and raffles to themed events like Ice-A-Palooza, holiday celebrations, and even future pet adoptions. All this and more is designed to make giving back feel joyful and inclusive.

Looking ahead, Brooks hopes to formalize their efforts through a 501(c)(3), allowing their impact to reach even more families across South Florida.
At the heart of everything they do is a simple belief: when community comes together, something beautiful happens. Through warm cookies, colorful events, and meaningful connections, Rin Swan Belvedere and Justin Brooks continue proving that real estate can be more than a career, but it can be a platform for joy, generosity, and lasting change.
