Kirk Francis grew up in a home where storytelling lived in the click of a shutter. His father, who was rarely seen without a camera in hand, captured life in crisp snapshots that lined family albums, while his sister followed closely behind with her own lens. By the time Kirk Francis joined his high school photography club, the smell of film and the thrill of freezing a moment felt like home. But it wasn’t until college, when he began photographing the woman who would become his wife, that he understood the power hidden inside an image. Each frame revealed more than a pose; it told a story, sparked emotion, and forged a connection. In learning how visuals could touch people, Kirk unknowingly stepped onto the path that would define his future. Using creativity as a bridge to help, inspire, and illuminate the world around him.
“This would have been during the ‘80s,” said Kirk Francis. “But I come from a family of creatives, like I had an aunt who was a vocalist, and my mom played the piano. My dad had a degree in industrial arts. But it wasn’t until 2010 where I say I started photography professionally, and from there, everything with media started to take off.”
Despite decades of quiet inspiration, Kirk Francis insists his true photography career didn’t begin until 2010. That year, during a trip to Honduras for his wife’s high school reunion, he wandered the vibrant streets and sun-washed landscapes with a camera in hand, snapping reunion moments that classmates couldn’t stop talking about. Their excitement sparked something electric.

Maybe, he realized, this gift and wonder he had carried since childhood had real power. He began traveling, chasing scenes that spoke to him, like a striking landmark in Missouri that ended up catching a real estate agent’s eye. That agent bought the image in digital and print form, becoming Kirk Francis’s first official sale. The price? $300. The moment? Priceless. It was the turning point.
“I simply put that picture up on my website,” said Francis. “I liked it, and I caught the bug, and I thought this might be my thing. Even though I made a great career in I.T., it didn’t feed my soul.”
By 2018, he’d carved out a small studio in Fort Lauderdale’s FAT Village, a creative pocket where exposed brick, natural light, and the hum of the arts district became the backdrop for his portraits. The space felt like a sanctuary, part workshop, part playground, where he shaped his style until 2020.
Then came something new, and with it, a game-changing opportunity. A new company he worked for, Five Guys, brought him on to capture behind-the-scenes moments and craft storytelling for their social media.
Suddenly, he was photographing sizzling kitchens, lively teams, and everyday scenes that pulsed with personality. It pushed him deeper into narrative-driven work, blending his lifelong love of images with the art of connection, solidifying a path he’d unknowingly been building since childhood.
“I started doing storytelling for Five Guys,” said Francis. “One of the things we did for Five Guys was podcasting, and it was something that was for employee recognition, training, and employee engagement. I fed off that podcast energy, and it was podcast crazy since then.”

That shift sparked something bigger: the realization that his gift for capturing real emotion and raw energy could live beyond just photographs. Out of that vision emerged Vibe Your Vibe, a soulful podcast where, instead of freezing a moment in time, Kirk Francis invites voices to breathe, resonate, and unfold. According to its website, Vibe Your Vibe is “a lens on life and a storytelling platform” dedicated to authenticity, presence, and genuine human connection.
New episodes bring unfiltered conversations with creators, dreamers, and everyday people forging their paths, from strength coaches and distillers to wellness advocates and artists. Through Vibe Your Vibe, Kirk Francis turned his lifelong love of visuals into something more alive: a space for stories that move souls, celebrate grit and grace, and remind listeners that sometimes, a voice, just like a photograph, can hold more truth than words alone.
“When I talk to these people for the podcast, you can see it in their face that they love what they do,” said Francis. “I’m excited about what I’m doing with capturing their stories, and it inspired me to go even further and help people get where they’re going and help them with that spark.”
That spark led to Kirk Francis Media, which is a creative engine aimed at helping founders, creators, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs “build proof, not just presence.” The idea: combine photography, video, podcasting, social media, strategy, and storytelling into one seamless offering that transforms passion into authority.

At the heart of that operation lies Authority Union Sprint, a unique live-session format Kirk Francis offers to people who want to grow their presence “without the noise.” In one focused hour, creators, coaches, experts or small-business owners come together. No flashy gimmicks, no hollow hype — just clarity, connection, and actionable work that moves their story forward.
“It’s about being omnipresent,” he said. “It was me wanting to take the podcasting, social media marketing as a business model, and all these things, but adding my spin to what it means to help businesses. Anyone looking to have better authority in the community — better authority in the world.”
Kirk Francis designed this program for people who are tired of ghosting their audience or seeing no return on half-hearted posts, for those who crave structure, honest visibility, and consistent growth. Whether you’re a coach whose message is getting lost, a founder struggling to get seen, or a solo creative ready to turn your craft into a brand — the Sprint offers real momentum and real community.
In that way, Kirk Francis transformed a lifelong love of visuals and human connection into something bigger: a platform that helps people own their voice, build trust, and show up as leaders. The goal isn’t virality, it’s influence. Not flash, but foundation. For him, it’s less about the perfect shot than about creating a space where others can step into their spotlight and make their voice impossible to ignore.
“Even though we’re in an A.I. revolution, that human connection of setting up a microphone, getting a camera, and having that one-on-one human touch is still here and not going away,” said Francis.
In many ways, everything Kirk Francis does today can be traced back to that first moment he watched his father lift a camera and quietly frame the world. What began as a childhood curiosity grew into a passion sharpened by travel, shaped by studio work, and strengthened through storytelling for brands and everyday people alike. His journey from Honduras snapshots to FAT Village portraits, from capturing energy behind the scenes at Five Guys to hosting intimate, soul-centered conversations on Vibe Your Vibe, all led him to a deeper calling: helping others tell their own stories with clarity and confidence.

It’s his way of taking everything he’s learned behind the lens, behind the mic, and behind the scenes and turning it into practical momentum for anyone seeking visibility, authenticity, and authority.
Just as he once discovered the magic in an image, he now helps others discover the magic in their message. For those willing to step into that frame with him, the next chapter of their story might be closer than they think.
“This isn’t about getting someone millions of likes and views,” said Francis. “It’s about people getting to know you, and what I’m doing and encourage people to do is have that real connection again.”
